Self-Compassion Meditation (because you can never have too much of a good thing!)

Self-compassion is the skill of befriending ourselves. This talk and meditation are offered by Christine Bandoni of Caloosahatchee Mindfulness. The session will include a talk, mediation, and time for reflection. This session is available both in person and on Zoom. You will be sent the Zoom link after you register. Online participants may make donations on the website.
